Franchise Process
The process begins by filling out the form on our website and/or applying through our contact numbers.
Evaluation of the applicant's suitability for our brand, both in terms of economic and business profile.
The prospective investor is hosted at company headquarters, and the process begins with a mutual exchange of information. This process can also be completed by a visit from relevant officials to the prospective dealer's city, provided the location of the store has been finalized and the prospective dealer is clearly committed to the So Fire brand.
The prospective investor begins the process of gathering information and assessing the feasibility of a location they consider suitable for opening a So Fire branch. If the prospective investor has interest in the brand but hasn't determined a location, evaluations are conducted regarding locations suggested by headquarters.
Once a location is agreed upon, a proposal for the location is presented to the investor. If financial adequacy and the investor profile are deemed suitable, a contract is signed. This agreement grants the franchisee the right to use the So Fire brand for five years.
Post-Contract Process
At the designated location, our architectural team conducts measurement and survey work, and a project is prepared. The project is reviewed by the franchisee and franchisor, and submitted for approval for budget development.
The budget for the architectural project is drawn up, and the construction process begins. Along with this, the procurement of fixtures and necessary equipment orders are placed.
While our So-Fire branch is in the process of being established, we begin recruiting staff and managers for the relevant location. The franchise book is available, and training and orientation are provided.
Advertising and promotion activities, which are decided upon jointly by the Franchisor and the Franchisee, begin, taking into consideration the local and national advertising values of the newly opened branch.
With all error and risk rates minimized, the location now opens its doors to serve its guests.


Post-Opening Process
Our branches are provided with a continuous supply of products during and after opening. Shipping and supply planning is tailored to each branch's location to ensure we offer the freshest possible products without overstocking.
After opening, our branches are subject to constant inspection in terms of service and product quality as well as cleanliness and hygiene.
Continuous advertising and promotional support is provided to increase the performance of the branch.

Requirements for Owning a So-Fire Branch
An entrepreneurial and productive investor profile who can personally manage their business and add value to our brand.
A workplace with a minimum size of 200 square meters, suitable for our concept and the middle and upper income group customers we appeal to, with no chimney problems and in a location where chimney compliance can be obtained.
The franchise entry fee is 350,000 TL + VAT. This fee will not be charged to our first 5 branches.
The total investment cost for an area of 200 square meters starts from 3,500,000 TL.
If you want to become a So Fire franchisee, we offer you two alternatives.
Firstly, if you wish, we can provide you with a turnkey delivery of the venue.
Second, we can leave the construction work to the investor, under the supervision of our architectural team and based on our architectural design. This option offers investors both more competitive costs and more flexible payment terms.
In cases where the investor does the construction himself, all the necessary equipment, table and chair groups, lighting groups and necessary software systems are provided by So Fire headquarters.
A 4% revenue share is collected each month based on monthly revenue. Unlike traditional franchise systems, we offer our investors additional services in exchange for this revenue share.
You will not pay shipping or logistics costs for any products shipped or supplied by the center. All logistics costs are covered by this revenue share.
You don't need to work with an advertising agency for your branch. Our brand's affiliated advertising agency provides you with all the support you need to promote your branch. All agency expenses are covered by this revenue share.
